PIECE OF NEW 4

THE PICTURE:
I took this picture from BBC NEWS on March 20th, 2009.
The link of the site
This is a picture of Madagascar.
It’s in Africa
The picture is a piece of photo, there is a man. The man is Marc Ravalomanana in the presidential palace.
As you can see, there is a piece of photo through
I don’t like it because the picture reflects the rejection to the president.

THE NEW:
The African Union has suspended Madagascar after the army forced out the president and installed the opposition leader in his place.
Southern African leaders say they may impose sanctions on the Indian Ocean island unless legality is restored.
Former colonial power France has also condemned the seizure of power, while the US has suspended some aid.
But Madagascar's acting prime minister rejected growing international criticism of his government.
Although the handover in Madagascar was not a straightforward military seizure of power, an The suspension poses a problem for the African Union because Madagascar is due to hold its next summit meeting in July.
"If they don't comply it will affect the hosting of the summit," Jeffrey Mugumyia, the AU's PSC director said.
"The sooner they comply the better. But anything can happen in the meantime."
France and the US both described the takeover as a coup and the US said it would block non-humanitarian aid. AU official said it had not been constitutional.

PIECE OF NEWS 3

Sasha and Malia: In the Eye of the Paparazzi

COMENT OF PICTURE:
I took this picture from Time Magazine Cnn and link on February 2nd, 2009.
This is a picture of route to an Inauguration event.
It’s in Washington, EEUU.
The Obama's daughter are walking in the picture and paparazzi are taking pictures.

They are happy because they're in Inaguration.

As you can see, there is little girl with her big sister, a lot of paparazzis with cameras.
I like it because the Obama's daughter are very cute girls.

RESUM OF NEW:
In tabloid math, the only thing better than a picture of a celebrity is a picture of a celebrity with his or her cute kid — or in some cases, just the kid (see Suri Cruise). There's no bigger celebrity at the moment than President Barack Obama, who has already been on the cover of such august political organs as TV Guide and Entertainment Weekly. As luck would have it, Barack and Michelle Obama have two of the cutest — and therefore potentially lucrative — offspring on the planet. Beanie Babies maker Ty has already released Sweet Sasha and Marvelous Malia dolls. So the appetite for stories and photos of the First Daughters is going to be somewhere between huge and crazed. (And no, TIME.com is not immune. See pictures of Sasha and Malia at the Inauguration.)

A PIECE OF NEWS 2

UK car production drops sharply

I took this picture from BCC News and link on January 22nd, 2009.
This is a picture of store of cars.
It’s in UK.
Cars in the picture are in stock because the people don't buy cars with the
crisis.

Ass you can see a lot of cars.

SUMMARY OF NEW

The number of new cars produced in the UK in December 2008 fell dramatically, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). December production was 47.5% lower than in the same period in 2007, as plants were shut-down over Christmas. But for the whole 2008, production was down only 5.7%, as earlier in the year it was quite strong.
Earlier in January, SMMT said the number of new cars actually sold in the UK in 2008 fell by 11.3% from 2007.
UK vehicle production figures for 2008 demonstrate both the strength of the sector and the very dramatic fall in demand in the last quarter," SMMT chief executive Paul Everitt said in a statement.

A PIECE OF NEWS 1

Mixed-sex wards 'blighting NHS'

I took this picture from BBC News and link on January 9th, 2009.
This is a picture of an hospital.
It's in the UK.

The doctor is taking care of the patient
They are happy and relaxed. As you can see, they are the patient and the doctor. The patient is an old woman, she has got white hair, she is lying the bed. The doctor is a young woman, she has got a white gown, she has got a black hair, she's wearing glasses.
I like this picture because they are beautiful and the patient is happy.

SUMMARY OF NEW
The government has failed to live up to its manifesto promise to phase out mixed-sex wards in hospitals in England, the Conservatives say.
Responses from 132 hospital trusts to a Freedom of Information request found that 15% still used at least one open-plan, mixed-sex ward.
Others had curtains dividing the sexes, falling short of advice that there should be solid full-height partitions
The government said progress was being made but admitted there was more to do. Labour pledged to end mixed-sex accommodation in both its 1997 and 2001 manifestos.
By 2006 ministers were claiming it had been achieved in 99% of cases, but patient surveys soon showed this to be untrue.
A government report in 2007 accepted 15% of trusts still had not achieved it.
